Tanaan Forge?

Hey all, skilling up smithing to do GM armor and hit 210. Looking to do the two 'free' ranks of ethereal rings, but I can't find a Tanaan Forge! According to the recipie page, the four forges in PoK are supposed to be Tanaan forges, but I've tried all four and none of them work. Where can I go?
