    Faction needed for DON Cultural?

    Dosan Vis'Moor in Neriak Commons cons "Dubiously" to me. I've tried hailing him and all he says is i'm a pile of worthless refuse. Does anyone know what faction he's on? And who/what I have to kill in order to get this uptight Dark Elf to give me my dang ancestral book quest!

      Isn't there the Red Wine quest to get your factions up in Neriak?

        yes

        red wine will raise:
        Dreadguard Inner
        Dreadguard Outer
        Dark Bargainers (Neriak merchants)

        give merchant-bought red wine, 4 at a time, to the necromancer inside the library in 3rd gate, he is in the left-most room on the ground floor.

        I don't know what faction the DoN cultural NPC is on.
