Celestial Tempers are used in the Blue Diamond cultural armor recipies.
One Folded Sheet of Veluim + 1 Enchanted Large Brick of XXX + 1 Celestial Temper + Cultural Hammer = Infused sheet of XXX (or Velium rings = infused rings)

    Q
Queletan Heartforge - House of Sloth
Exemplar of the Drunken Bearded Ones

...That which we are, we are,--
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will,
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yeild.

As well as Halfling Leatherfoot Haversacks.

While BD cultural, they are not armor.

No I think you will find that is Celestial Essence (not temper).

If it was Celestial Tempers it would push the price per attempt from 370 plat to 3kpp+

Mistletoe temper is the one used.
