Price of HQ ore...?

So when did the price of blocks of HQ ore go up? I'm working on imbued field BPs atm, and was expecting the cost of the ore to be about 51pp (per the database) and yet I can't find it for less than 83pp. Was that a mistake in the DB, or did the price go up? This is a bit frustrating since the buyback price doesn't seem to have increased so I'm losing an additional 90-100pp per BP combine. Grrrrr....

just farm some fine steel weapons and convert them. almost no cost this way to make the blocks
