What skill to make dye from extract?

I already have the appropriate extract for the dye I am trying to make. What skill do I need to combine the extract with the resin and jar to make the actual jar? Is it a no-fail combine, or do I need smithing? or pottery?

I believe the extract to dye combine is a no fail one. I have honestly only ever done a few dozen, but I don't remember ever failing.

The fact that the jar is eaten makes it annoying though.

It is a no-fail. To make the extract itself, though, requires either alchemy or poison making
