doing ald grimel quest cant seem to get chunk of wind metal+cam parts mold and file to combine tried adding flash of water is this tinkers only? please help

Yep, POP restricted crapola, - on the bright side- the tinkering combine is on a skillup path for tinkerers, so a good chance someone is willing to have a shot at em for free/cheap if you bring components (especially jars of grease)
