Human Freeport Cultural faction

Does anyone...god please anyone....know what faction Vivian is on? The human freeport-born cultural quest npc?

I have no idea what I've done to loose faction with her, but she's apprehensive to me as an Inny worshiping, freeport born SK, and wont give me even the first quest. I've tried killing her - no faction hit. I've tried looking her up on Illyas - no faction listed. I've tried going to Qeynos instead - they tell me to go to my home city. Unfortunatly, also, almost EVERY faction in Freeport is apprehensive to me, so it's hard to narrow hers down. I'm HOPING she's on guard faction, as it's easy to up - but I'm dreading the probability that she's on coalition of tradefolk - which means an endless stream of footwork and newbie quests.

Anyone? Help please?

I had the same problem; Vivian would not give me the quest due to poor faction, even though Freeport was my starting city. However, I am ally to the guards while Vivian is apprehensive.

Even though Qeynos isn't my starting city, Tar Cordell gave me the quest.

Tried Qeynos, they say go to my home city.

I actually had the opposite happen to me. Born in Qeynos and I couldn't get the tradeskill tasks there so I had to opt for the ones in Freeport. The only thing I can think of is that they are somehow tied into factions. I know I spent more time in the Freeport area getting faction hits than I did in the Qeynos area, but it doesn't make much sense.

It may be tied to classes also.

As a Freeport born human, I couldn't get the quests in Freeport, walked over to Qeynos and was given all four without hassle. But then again, maybe they planned ahead for Paladins since killing Lucan puts our head on the blocks in about 2/3 of Freeport

I am indifferent to Qeynos quest giver, but he -wont- give the quest. Tells me to go to my home city.

I can get both quests being a KOS to FP Militia human paladin from Freeport.

There are two quest npcs in Qeynos. The first one you get to told my human cleric to go to her home city (which is Freeport). However, the other one (round the side of the pool) gave her the quests with no problems. I think the first is for halfelves.

Yeah, if you talk to the half elf, he isn't going to give you the quest unless you are half elf and vice versa with the human.
