HE cultural forge

Am having problems finding the High Elf cultural forge on Druzzil Ro , I remember it being in the "Emerald Armor" but there are only 2 normal forges there presently. I have searched both zones of Felwithe with no luck in locating this, could someone possibly clue me in to where it may be located??. Thank you very much.

All cultural forges are now simply labelled "Forge", same as any other - makes it easy to tell em apart when you have 2-3 in a city (like Kelethin ). Ours, in Felwithe, is the one closest to the stairs in Emerald Armor, the other is the standard forge which was previously invisible and accessible by clicking on the sky outside the smithy shop

I'm Having trouble, getting the Half-Elf Master and Grandmaster DoN Cultural quest from the quest dude in Qeynos i can get all the quests up to there but he don't mention the last 2, My smithing skill is at 222 atm and i have not done the first book quest yet, can anyone tell me whats up?

There are minimum level requirements for each level of cultural mastery. If you don't meet the requirements, you won't get the quest text (yet).

One of the two forges in Felwithe is actually a cultural forge. I don't know why it isn't labeled correctly.

I believe you need to be level 55 to get the Master quest book, and 65 for the Grandmaster book quest. I might be off by a couple of levels, but I think that's right.
