  • Human forges to be used?

Stupid question but didnt see it in the FAQ. My friend wants to start smithing (human) and wants to know if she can use both freeport and qeynos forges, or only the one where she started from?

    Thanks for the help
Hey son guess what? I bought you a puppy, but on the way home I got hungry and ate it! Awwww... don't cry, I'd never buy you a puppy!

IT is not in the FAQ, but it is on either human cultural recipe page.

Look here at the Freeport page, for example

    It says:

Human cultural smithing is now broken into two pages - one for Freeport (below), one for Qeynos. Any human smith can make any of the items for either city, but they must use the proper cultural forge, in the proper city, for each recipe. Note that, as with all cultural tradeskills, cultural tradeskill containers are not fooled by illusions. May 8, 2002 new recipes are included on this page, and the new NPC text can be found at the bottom of the page.

      Hahahhahaahahahah

      Excellent signature.

      I approve.

(Oh, and any human can use either forge, just to be helpful!)

I hesitate to mention, because it seems silly...

but you can use any 'Forge' in any city starting out, it isn't until you go to cultural that you need to use specific forges.

So if your friend is just starting smithing, just use the ones that only say "Forge".
