Looking for recipe on how to make Iksar DoN armor Warrior for journeyman to GM

if there is anyone who has the How to the were to get the drops / buy the componates please list along with any stats on the armor for i haven'T seen any of the iksar augs or armor and currently working on the book quest ( about to finish the master book and start the GM ) any help or info would be nice .

The iksar combines require:

cabilisan smithy hammer

which is purchased in Caballis, most likely near where the guy that gives the tradeskill tasks is. if you do a search in EQ traders on this hammer you should be able to find the combines you are looking for.
