  • Magnetic Armor - Easy to make list.

    Code:
Basic for all combines is that you also need a smithy hammer in the recipe. The “rating” indicates from my point of view how good the item is after the first combine, it does NOT take into consideration how good the item turns if combined with a Lightning Core. (Scarily rare on my server) Items with low rating I usually convert straight off to Bricks.
All info is originally from Eqtraders.com, I have just compiled it together for easy reading.

Item Name Copper Sheet Magnetized Bolts Magnetized Patch Plate Trivial Rating
    Twisted M. Belt	1 1 1 262	1
    Broken M. Collar	1 1 1 262	1
    Cracked M. Bracer	1 1 1 262	3
    Smashed M. Boots	1 1 2 268	2
    Splintered M. Vambrace1 1 2 268	3
    Damaged M. Gauntlets1 1 2 268	3
    Bent M. Pauldron	2 1 3 275	2
    Dented M. Helm	2 1 3 275	3+
    Gashed M. Breastplate3 1 4 282	4
    Mangled M. Leggings3 1 4 282	3+

If you wish to continue and create Charged magnetic armor, you need to combine the Magnetic Armor piece, Smithy Hammer and Lightning Core in a smithy. The exact number of Lightning Cores and trivial are as follows:
    Armor Piece Lightning Core Trivial
    Magnetic Belt	1 262
    Magnetic Bracer	1 262
    Magnetic Boots	2 268
    Magnetic Vambrace2 268
    Magnetic Helm	3 275
    Magnetic Breastplate4 282
    Magnetic Leggings	4 282

    Magnetic Metal Brick:
    Triv: 135 Y: See below
Any unrefined magnetic armor piece, Smithy hammer.
    Yield is as follows:
    One Brick: Belt, Bracer, Collar
    Two Bricks: Gauntlets, Vambrace, Boots
    Three Bricks: Pauldrons, Helm
    Four Bricks: Leggings, Breastplate

    Magnetized Bolts:
    Triv: 202 Y: 6
Bolt Mold, Smithy Hammer, Magnetic Metal Brick

    Magnetic Patch Plate:
    Triv: 162 Y: 1
    Magnetic Metal Brick, Smithy hammer

Ok, I cant get it to show in a nice little list, instead its all piled up without space between it. Could anyone that knows more than me tell me what to do, or if a Moderator could take pity on my post?

Try using the "Code" tags. It should maintain your spaces that way.

Looks like it's starting to work, to me.

When I am faced with similar problems, I usually end up making an Excel spreadsheet, and then just taking a screen capture of it with the Print Screen button, and cropping/optimizing the image for hosting and display, rather than wrestle with BB formatting.

If you've never done that before, it's likely more steps involved and will only confuse you more. :-(

What program did you originally make your table in? Notepad? Word?

One little note, to make bricks, the piece doesn't have to be unrefined - I've broken down many a cheaply-acquired Magnetic Pauldrons for the normal 3 bricks, and a few misc other fixed pieces as well.

The problem with the table is you has a different tab width than the browsers. It appears to be an 8 character tab, as displayed in Firefox at least. If you can make sure you're using a fixed width font (Courier or Courier New should work), and can set the tab size to 8, if you format the table under those conditions it should give you a table that would look right in code blocks on this board.

Alternatively, does Word have any easy way to "convert tabs to spaces"? That should also work, again pasting the result into code blocks.
