Jouneyman's wood elf plate armor(farming Q)

G'day all,

Besides hiring a tracker, can anyone else suggest some way to track down those darn brownies in Lfay that drop the pouch of mistletoe powder? I have no loc's to check for the two named (The Underbrush brothers) brownies and spent about an hour running around the zone trying to find them.

I understand that they end up at the ranger camp and die after a few loops. I understand that they start somewhere near the center of the zone, but darn if I can find them! No one else was in the zone at the time. Do they have any particular PHs?

Any tips would be great, I've a few holes in my armor that need patching.

Best bet is just wait for a ranger. With a Tolan BP, rangers gate with it to LFay, just wait by GF zoneline and ask if you could just do a quick track for one. There might also be trackers there to hunt in MM or do a LDON.

Okay,

Got myself some tracking. Only ever seen him the one time in the zone. I've read all over the net about how they have played with his spawn time, and about his pathing but still have no luck finding him. Does he have a PH? I've tried killing the oldest things on track for an hour or two.

Has anyone had success getting this recently???

I know wealdstone stuff has been made(athough I was first to make armbands on 7th hammer there are other pieces made) so it does drop occasionally....

For those of you who may have been following this thread, there are more details about Mr. Underbrush here.

I've now repeatedly killed him and will add some more details here for you.

First, check your who and see who might be farming him and ask politely if someone else is.... although I've never got a response, I've also never seen him if there was a lvl 55+ in the zone so I can only assume he is a hunted brownie..... especially because of the effect on the pouch. :/

My bard catches up with him nicely but my bard is faster than any horse I've seen too. Just stand in the center of the zone and track or have your buddy the ranger do it. (My bard has a max track skill and he has to wait a while for Thistle to show up, my ranger helper spots him almost instantly when he is there.)

I've always seen him respawn under and hour.....

Cancel magic is your friend, his DOT is much tougher than pre-patch(05/13/5)... at least I had solo'd him before the patch with no ill effects, try to interrupt his spell casting as much as possible(Okay, okay, the bleeding obvious. )

Finally, he drops mistletoe powder about half the time... but that's a small sample size.

I know the Scouts pop at a point in Lfay, it is listed in the Druid Epic walkthru.
Just watch for the Corrupted as he summons.
