Grandmaster Symbol tagged as usable in tradeskills, hrmm

I just made a Grandmaster chest symbol and noticed it was tagged as tradeskill usable? Anyone have any idea why?

The first thought that comes to mind is perhaps they can be deity changed using another water. Or perhaps its upgradeable but that seems unlikely.

Apologies if I have overlooked anything related to this that's been posted.

It's probably marked tradeskill because it requires a combine to add it to the armor even though it isn't a tradeskill combine..
