got 8 bags worth of imbued emeralds, so will have 530 attempts hope to get around 25 skill ups, but we will see.

so far 543 combines from 259 to 289

I'd be very interested in hearing the skill up rates. I'm skill 256 smith and considering spending some aa's to get blacksmithing mastery and salvage and then working on sickles, I'd love to get a better idea of how many sickles it's gonna take me to get to 300 skill.

As stated before by a lot of smiths you should do 1 skillup per stack. If your server is patched you will need more cause skillups from 250 to 300 have been "nerfed". I think count on 50+ stacks needed. I think 1 combine is 320 pp so you should have at least 300 kpp handy.

I think I have to do a different path cause I have quiet a good pile of cash but not this seize. Think I'll do human cultural that trivs at 335 and adds for 60 pp per combine

I have well over a mil plat handy for skill ups.

But yeah servers have been patched, so skill up rate is gonna suck.

I'm seriously thinking about just waiting until they implement the "min chance to skill up" code for tough to find items before doing any more combines at all.

Lastnight I was doing sickles and went from 256 to 270 averaging about 20 combines per single point. Then I made 86 sickles and still haven't gotten to 271. It's going to be a long haul to 300

I'm at 256 skill at the moment, just finished blacksmithing master 3 aa's, got salvage 1 already and working on salvage 2 & 3 before I start in on sickles.
