Dark Elven Cultural

i was reading new trivials on the older cultural, so i was gonna verify that for myself......i go to neriak, and pull out my "celestial essence, velium ring, tier`dal smithing hammer and a enchanted lrg, brick of adamantite. (this makes a adamantite ring, Or used to anyhow)

i put them in the forge in neriak commons, will not combine....so i go to eqtraders and check to make sure i didnt forget my recipie, sure enough, it was the same as i was useing. btw i am a dark elf and i follow innoruuk(does not apply to this combine)

Also i tried makeing other combines that are listed here, they also do not work. the "adamantite ring" "neriak nectar, file, large brick of adamantite" will not combine as well.

So, i guess i want to ask. did the recipies change?

Did the trivials get raised to 335 on the finished pieces?

to answer my own question!

yeah so after a bit more hunting, i remembered only 1 forge was a "cultural one" and its in third gate.....i did get skill ups so the "old" cultural armor seems the way to go for skill ups.
