barbarian last smithing book

hi all,

i am currently working on last barbarian smithing book but i cant get rough patch of goblin skin to drop in Stillmoon Temple, anyone has an idea on how to get those drop plz ? it seems that u have to do something particular to get them to drop. here is task text : "You may wish to seek out some operatives in Lavastorm to aid you tracking down there rare items"

I have heard people mention that they only seem to drop from the instanced versions of the zone. Have you tried having a level 70 person get a Stillmoon mission?

killed like 50 with a friend, none droped of regular stillmoon temple, heard it was dropin in instanced though. will check and let u know.

I can confirm that rough patch of goblin skin drops in the two highest levels of Stillmoon Temple Instance called "Protoype Plans"

I don't know about Stillmoon, but you can get tons of these off goblins in Thundercrest and/or Tirranun's Delve. I've destroyed tons of these.

I can confirm that they drop in the Prototype Plans instance. I helped some friends with that over the weekend.

The Rough Patch of Goblin Skin was a common drop off the goblin models.
