Half-Elf Cultural

Based on the recipes given for other cultures, and the in-game books I've read, the recipe for making the metal used in half-elf cultural smithing should be:

Small Brick of Rilsteel
Permafrost Crystals
Half Elf Smithy Hammer

Of course, I can't find a smithy hammer for half elves, and I've looked on every smithing supply merchant in Kelethin, Qeynos, and PoK (unless I'm blind.) Normal smithy hammers used in the above DNC. Has anyone gotten this to work yet?

Everything I have read here and on the EQ boards shows the Half Elf Smithy Hammer as MIA, Hopefully Sony will add it when they do the patch to fix the Surefall Fletching kit.

Not really MIA, just not properly documented.

Half Elves use the Combine Smithy Hammer in their recipes.

Ya. I got it. It works.
You can find merchants in Katta using find though. And dont fall off, unelss you want to die 20k like I did.

Where do you get the rilsteel? I haven't seen any of that posted at all. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough?

Rilsteel is available on vendors.

Inside a building in Kelethin, on the regular forge's platform (one plat up from the newbie lift).

I want to say NFP, in the smithing building there (though I ran through there only looking for the hammer, not knowing it was the Combine Smithy Hammer we were supposed to use, so don't quote me on Rilsteel being where I'm describing).

Half Elf forge in South Qeynos is next to the bard hall - directly east of the forge that's right next to the smithy shop door

Half Elf forge in Kelethin is on the first platform to your right as you look south from the PoK Lift
