Doing first armor quest Help

Hi all Im a wood elf ranger level 13 working on my first armor quest I went to flamecaller in GF and he gave me the kit and the coif patern then I went Out and got the 2 bricks of crude bronze 1 royal jelly 1 spiderling eye 1 ration. then I went to a forge in GF and tryed to do it it said Your Race cannot do tradeskills in this container. It was a Blacksmith forge ok then I went to the pok and tried one there in a smithing place and no luck there ok What am I doing wrong please I spent a lot of time and I want to make My armor ty

The link above describes the quest you are doing. When you spoke with Flamecaller he SHOULD have given you a kit. This kit acts as a container. You put the items that he told you "2 Bricks of Crude Bronze, 1 Royal Jelly, 1 Spiderling Eye and 1 Ration" into the kit (NOT into a forge) and click the combine button and you should make your coif.

You put the items into the kit the NPC gave you? (not a forge)

You didn't have anything stacked?

You had the EXACT items asked for (for example a ration, and not an iron ration)

Did you put the mold in the assembly kit? You should NOT put the mold in.

Once you do the combine in the assembly kit, you take the material from the assembly kit, and the mold and combine those in a forge to make your coif.

Put the items for the quest (2 Bricks of Crude Bronze, 1 Royal Jelly, 1 Spiderling Eye and 1 Ration) into the kit and click combine. You should have the coif material. Then put the material and the mold into a forge and click combine. I've done the quests for all my characters, and that's how it works.

yes I have One assembly kit (trueshot) I put in one coif patern 1 royal jelly 1 spidereye 2 bricks of crude bronz (non stacked)
1 ration (not iron) and hit combine I still get you can not combine these Items in this container type.

Get the coif pattern our ot your assembly kit. It is NOT asked for. The quest only asks you to combine 2 bricks of crude bronze, 1 royal jelly, 1 spidereye, and 1 ration.

Actually, if you put those things into the kit, you make a sheet of metal. You then take the sheet of metal with the mold to the forge to make the Coif. You don't get the coif out of that container.
