Baffled...

I'm struggling with making the symbols for the Expert Stormguard armor. I have checked and double-checked, and I can't see what I'm overlooking. Perhaps one of you can see something I'm missing please?

I am attempting to make my symbol patterns:

In a Book Binding (purchased from Meeka Diggs in Rivervale) I am trying to combine:

My Expert's Book of Dwarven Culture (that I obtained from Yar Shiverbrow killing mermaids and collecting sharkskins) +

A compacted backpack (purchased from Meeka Diggs in Rivervale) +

Quill (not "a Quill" - obtained in the paladin guild area in the basement of Felwithe. The tailoring npc that I found it on charged me 0 pp for it) +

Large Bottle of Ink (purchased from Meeka Diggs in Rivervale) +

Roll of Good Vellum (purchased from Meeka Diggs in Rivervale)

I put the five items inside the Book Binding and hit "combine" and I receive an error message "these items cannot be combined in this container type".

Please, is there something I am missing/overlooking? Thank you for your help!

It was definately "A quill" because I had this page open as I was looking for it but figured I would try it anyway since it would be logical it was the correct one being on this merchant..... and it worked

Further proof (As if any was needed!) that Dwarves are the superior race. I made mine with "Quill" you made it with "A Quill", while other races run around getting DNC messages. Dwarven ingenituy, resourcefullness, beards, prowness in the bedroom and general hawtness wins again. Thank you.

High Quality is used for the Master's level, it seems - but thank you for the feedback.
