Elven Chainmail Please Help Needed

Well I am brand new to all of this, never played EverQuest before. I began making a Druid and am level 19 and proud. I know thats low but who cares and am now looking for Elven Chainmail. Would anyone be able to either make me some, sell me some or give me some or give me advice on making the whole suit?

Well first off, if you are a druid, you won't be able to wear Elven Chainmail. Druids are a leather class. For advice on how to make a whole suit, however, consult the "Recipes" here under cultural, or do a search using the nice function these folks have set up.

Well first off, if you are a druid, you won't be able to wear Elven Chainmail.

That's actually one of the things that's special about the old/original high elf cultural elven chainmail - it is wearable by more classes than normal for chain, including int casters and druids.

Druids can't make Elven Chainmail, that is a High Elf Cultural.

Lwotton, you didnt say what server. There is a Server specific section at the bottom of the forums if you want to get stuff made for you.

As I recall the stats on Elven Chain aren't all that great for Druids, you would be better off looking at Acrylia armors. There are also some fairly decent pieces that can be found in Bazaar cheaply.

The search function of Bazaar is great for looking for this sort of thing.

We're assuming that Lwotton is a wood-elf. Humans and half-elves can also be druids.

Information for Lwotton:
Half-elves cannot make any cultural items.
Humans can make some spiffy platemail, but as a druid, you can't wear it.
Wood Elves can do tailoring, but their cultural armor trivials in the 140's at the lowest level.

I'd recommend that you go to the bazaar and spend some time there with the search function. Figure out what's the most bang for your buck. Some traders will negotiate prices if they're not AFK.

If you're in need of money, remember that foraged items sell fairly well in the bazaar also. Check the prices on your server. On my server, for instance, non ruined pelts, spider silk, spiderling silk, leather padding all sell well, and are all well within your grasp at 19.
