The recipe shows that this combine has a required skill of 220.
I recently got myself the +15% smithing hammer from XtC (Hammer of the Ironfrost) and had this hammer in my inventory (in bag), not equipped. Forge showed my skill to be 198. I have the metal rings recipe learned and all the ingredients were green in the window - Brick of Ethereal Energy, Ethereal Temper and File.
Then I clicked combine, forgetting to equip the hammer. And produced Ethereal Metal Rings! With shown skill of 198.
Found that wierd, came here, checked the recipe, checked what my skill was, closed the forge, opened it again, equipped hammer (skill 227), made another ethereal metal rings, closed forge, removed hammer, opened forge (skill 198), clicked combine again and again made the Ethereal Metal Rings.
As far as I understand, this is not supposed to happen.
Can anyone explain this please?
