Working towards GMing smithing, and have a bunch of stuff for doing acrylia. Where is the best place to farm windstones?

Finding windstones
I got far more than I needed by just farming the vendors in Dawnshroud (more acrylia than windstones there), Grimling Forest, and Katta Castellum. And on Xev, someone liked selling them to the vendors in the short section of Shadowhaven.

Griegs End has become a popular place to xp for soloing lvl 70s. 2% aa per kill, easy fights, little/no down time and the named spawn frequently and drop good tribute stuff. Windstones are just a bonus random drop.Comment

The best drop rate I've seen is in Grieg's. Grimlings and meeda hune in Tenebrous can drop them, and I think I saw some drop in Akheva Ruins.Bregalad Alcarin, High Elf Coercer, Xev <In Via Dämnum>Comment
