I managed to trade a Helm & Vambs for one Lightning Core, then bought another Core for 30k... Now my Paladin has both the Charged Bracer & Charged Vambraces.

One lightning core on D Ro has gone anywhere from 30k to 75k and the only charged breastplate is now at 275k in the bazaar. That's the only charged item for magnetic seen so far in the bazaar on my server. Good luck
On Quellious, cores are posted in the bazaar anywhere frm 40 to 65K. I have been able on occaision to buy them for 20/25k through negotiation and once I got one for 10k. I invested approximately 100k in getting the components and made a charged BP which sold in approximately 20minutes of being posted. Since I managed to get those 4 cores, i have been unable to procure any further. No one is coming down in price even though they acknowledge the inherent risk in combine fails and the need to have the finished product pay for the components and the risk.
I have never seen a core drop in well over 100hrs in mpg. In an hour my groups can kill 30/45 mobs. We are usually constrained by spawn rate and crowds.

You should have grabbed the Core I recently sold at 20 K, Ragnarz!
Even 20 K is insane for a core. For a BP, you'd need the BP (10 K) and four cores (80 K) to make a BP, for 90 K base cost. How much will people pay for a 135 HP BP when a 100 HP BP is 10 K? Unless they have more money than brains, they'll hold off on the BP and spend the money elsewhere where they'll get bigger improvements per pp spent. Or, if they're really sly, there's a one-groupable Riftseeker's mob that drops a 140 HP plate BP with 30 ATK, 3 mana regen, and an 80% percussion mod as its rare drop (65 HP augs as its common drop).
Charged BP is currently best droppable BP in game. THere are a lot of plate classes in Vindi BPs/ Velious BPs even in time/qvic guilds who never got an upgraded plate bp. This would explain the high price people will pay. 70ac is not bad coupled with the 135hp.
