Many Dwarfs in Butchblock changed

I used to get Dwarven Blood for smithing from the KaladimCitizen Dwarfs in Butcherblock. I notice after the Omens of War patch that many of these now con red at 65 and have an realistic amount of HPs.

Please don't tell me they put blood dropping Dwarves into the expansion zones.

Hmm.. and without a respawn they started going from red back to green.

Very odd.

Where is a good place to farm dwarf blood? I heard there is a better place than BB...

Dorf slaves in CB have been known to drop it occasionally.

Dwarf bandits in butcherblock. there are a few camps of them
