Is GoD freebe smithing broken or am I?

Finally got arround to the GoD Freebe smithing in the Abysmal Sea. After the first 100 turn ins (one failure) I got another stack of the same thing.. After another 40 I did the dialoge again (as recomended herein). After an additional 60 and yet another dialoge redo I gave up. Never got past simple stud. Used the same phrase "silly work" but just keep getting the same components.

Suggestions??

The only thing that comes to mind is that you handed in stacks of finished items.

When handing in the finished items, you must hand them in UNSTACKED in order for the NPC's 'counter' to recognize that you actually did 100 combines.

Ok, that is it then... never thought of it and should have... gosh I only had 90 more sets to go..
