Well, I finally scrouged up enough for 12 stacks of combines (high elf cultural)... or so I thought. I was counting on not getting to BPs (232) so I miscalculated. In the end, I used 10 stacks of tempers (ran out of morning dews =*( ).

Here are the resultswith 355 wis starting at 224 smithing. Did Imbued Koada`Dal Mithril Vambraces, Helm then Cuirass til I ran out of morning dews.
