Ornate combination ?

Apologies if this has already been asked and i've missed it on the FAQ:

I tried combining water / hq ring / smithy hammer/ gorget mold (chain)/silver bar and got error message 'can't combine in this container' in the qeynos forge. So i tried the royal forge, wrong container again...I'm a qeynos human and struggling..advice please Smiths.....i'm trying to work towards Heraldic plate but need this to raise my skill up.. Please Help Me..

You didn't state which you are trying to create, but I assume its the Ornate Chain. According to the recipe page for smithing, for Ornate Chain:

appropriate chainmail pattern, smithy hammer, silver bar, flask water, high quality rings in varying quantities

Its a chainmail pattern, not a mold.

If this wan't the recipe you were after, I apologize.

also, ornate chain is made in the regular forges not the cultural forges
