My first thought would be more of a "Newbie Froggy Quest Kit". Like the Vah Shir Weapon Assembly Kit.

there is a container given to you to brew velium vapors (for the 5th or 6th coldain shawl quest) is this the portable brew barrel you are refering to?Comment

I believe what they are referring to is an item you get for the multi-GM quest in the council chamber of PoK - its under the quests section as "Aid Grimel" or somesuch I believe. At the brewing stage you are asked to brew the Twice Brewed Kaladim Constitutionals, and are given the 4 slot brew barrel to do it in. The recipe also works in normal barrels, and other recipes work in the 4 slot container, from what I've heard.Comment
