EVB min skill lvl

Please forgive me, couldn't find any info and searched forums without luck.

Enchanted Velium Bits, what's the minimum skill it will let you combine at? For kicks and giggles I'm trying some at 156 and get the too inexperienced in your craft message.

Nothing like having an inventory of enchant velium spells and nothing to do with them!!

Hmm..I know I started doing them at 188 skill. Sorry I cant help more.

Enchanted Velium Bits require a mininum modified skill of 165. This means you can attempt them at 158 raw skill plus a geerlok, or earlier if you have a skill mod item with more than 5% smithing mod on it. If you don't use a smithing mod item at all, you have to wait until 165 raw skill.
