Fastest way 0 - 188??

I am sure there are 2 million threads out there but I can not seem to find any. So some help would be great. I am looking for a way to get from 0 - 188 (or there abouts) with the lowest out put of cost possible. And of course fastest. My guild needs to get 4 or 5 ppl to that skill lvl area ASAP and I will be financing it. So any help would be great.

DoING the following is what I did to get my twink up to 188 for 8th Shawl Smithing. It was a fairly cost/time effective route.

Metal Plates until trivial (save these for making banded)
Javelins until trivial (give these to monks)
Banded until trivial (vendor)
Ornate Chain (gold/platinum) until 160ish (vendor)
Fine Steel (vendor) until trivial.

If one of the guys is a Karana follower, they could look into making steel parts for the Karana Deity Arrows.

Triv at 188.

only noticable cost is small brick steel, 6pp and some change.
