Fine Steel Rapier - Recycle Broken?

Just checking with you all. I have been /BUGging after each of the recent patches.

I love using FS for HQ ore bricks which are used for a variety of makes including LDoN wears.

Not sure if it's a particular type of weapon, or any other Fine Steels.

I looted a fine steel rapier from one of the anniversity skeletons the other day that was lore nodrop. No reason why to my knowledge, as all the other fine steel I got was normal. Perhaps the rapier you tried was the same way.

I made a run of FS -> HQ bricks over the weekend and converted several rapiers w/o problem. Did not check that I got the posted number of sm bricks/pieces but I did get something.
