I need to get smithing up for the 8th shawl. Is there a quick way to do this? I did baking from 15 to 150 with a fillet knife and stacks and stacks of bear meat. I'm just just tired of farming, if it can be vendor bought that would be awesome. Thanks for your time.

There's a link in there to version 6.0 of a blacksmithing guide. Best there is.

If you follow it to the letter, you can get to the 150'ish level in a day or two. The leather padding to make fine steel to 188 will be a pain, but can be done quickly also if you have 10K to buy all your padding in the bazaar... *sigh*
