You can make Mistletoe Cutting Sickles at great expense to GM smithing with vendor-purchased supplies.

Problem with Mistletoe Cutting Sickles is the foraging.

Without any Foraged items at all and ONLY buying stuff from NPC vendors you will for sure get to 188.

If you expand that a bit to include LDON items you can get into the 200's

Other than that it is Farm farm farm.

Did you mean the imbuing?

Sickles take emeralds, not plains pebbles.

As a cleric of Tunare I imbue my own emeralds, so I think of MCS as 100% store buyable. But at least there's no farming, foraging, or groundspawn hunting.
