OK , it seem that there has been above extra ordinary amount of times the the first combine I do after a break gives me a skill up. Has anyone else noticed this?

Not at all infact the first combine I did in the last 2 months (on a non-trival) for Blessed full Mithrial Pauldrens gave me a skill up. It is all the RNG.
Also on my Enchanter the first attempt I made at JC with the new UI gave me a skill up as well.Sir Cavel Cade
