Has anyone doing the phylactery quest have had any problems getting the anchor off of the Ghoul of Takish-Hiz. I have killed him probably 11 times and no luck on anchor.

heh, he attacked me once when i was on my way to an LDoN run about a month ago.. he dropped that anchor thing.. i just did a /shout for some one to grab it if they wanted it and went on my way... no idea if anyone grabbed it or notLife to the party, Death to the enemy, Honor to the Guild
