  • New UI Questions

I have been having problems with my new UI.
The only way my UI will accept any items is if I click on EXPERIMENT. To top it off, I don't have the options of saving any recipes.

      1. type in part of the recipe for the item you want to make.
      2. then click search.
      3. it should bring up some recipes.
      4. if it doesn't check spelling.
      5. if spelled right then click experiment and MAKE one the old way.
      6. there should be a message saying you learned the recipe.
      7. then close the old ui and open the new one and do the search again.
      8. it should show up this time.
      9. select the recipe and click add to favorites.
      10. if that doesn't happen see the thread in general about stuff 11. they haven't put in the new ui yet and we want them too.

      Maker of Picnics.
Cooker of things best left unidentified.
"Grimrose points to the sky. Look! Up in the sky, it's a bird, no, a plane, no it's Picnic-Man. It's Emiamn, a mild mannered tradeskiller by day but daring handsome crime fighter at night. Spreading peace and joy to norrath with his mighty Picnics!"

You cannot pick up an item and put it into the new UI. You can only use it to search recipes and then combine the stuff. That's probably where you ran into a problem.
