enchanted nightmare iron

how do you make nightmare iron? i have looked and looked and the only thing i have found is the trivial for nightmare sheets. I am a GM jeweler, but have some skill in smithing. I would like to be able to make the new planar jewelry, but don't know how to make enchanted nightmare iron. ops: Any info?

Put 1 brick and 1 distilled mana (the 2 sapphire kind) in a PoK forge, out pops enchanted brick.
