Was making Dark Elf Cultural today in N3G, in 17 combines I went from Smithing 194 to 199, 3 of those were sequential combines =D I was so excited I forgot to take a Screenshot =(
I have noticed I have many more ups on cultural recipies. I didnt do cultural smithing, but when doing cultural robes, I averaged a skill up per 5/10 combines when close to 200. When I did Acrylia masks it was more like 20/30 per up. Not sure if its coded or just perceived that way.
