192 + 10% mod = no skillups?

    192 + 10% mod = no skillups?

    I'm just going to post this and ask because I'm just SICK of how skillups have been going lately.

    I have a single skill +200, and haven't put any AA into New Taanan Crafting Mastery.

    Since I got the Massive Girdle of Iron Forge and worn it during tradeskilling -- I've just stopped DEAD at 192. Using my trusty Windows Calc ... I see that 192 + 10% = 211.2

    I've now done approx 170 combines and not had any skillups. Trying both the SScream Boots and Sickles.

    Seriously bad luck? Or am I being capped?

    Bad luck. You are in the "hell" range of skill ups. Try EVBs instead, easier then SS. Once you hit 200, you can do ethereal rings/sheets until 212. (If you are planning on going over 200.) Then back to EVB until 222.

          be sure to take advantage of 200-212 and etheral. save you tons of money.
