It doesn't stack

While farming velium in CC for my 8th shawl, I have collected a fair share of velium pieces. I figured that I would use them to take my smithing from 188 to 200. So, last night I go to Thurgadin to buy the spell enchant velium. Click on the vendor, highlight the item, press shift and hit "BUY". WTh?? Why didn't I get 20 of them? Do it again. Then I am like, "Duh.. it's a spell, they don't stack." I proceeded to buy a few more, then logged in my trader mule as it was apparent that my brain was too addled from lack of sleep.

I'm just happy the SPELL SCROLL itself isn't lore. They were speculating that that would be the change when all the crap with Nimren was going down.
