Tae Ew Armor Success/Fail Rate

I've been itching to do some Tae Ew armor but I was wonderign what kind of success rate I will have on the tunics, legs and other pieces with 222 skill (+geerlok = 233). Whats the approx rate at max 252? Thanks for any help. Thus far smithing is the only skill I havn't made nice stuff with and I want to change that

I am at 227 Smithing and I equip a geerlock (effective Skill of 238). I have had fairly good runs with Tae Ew Chain and shields average better than 60% success. Except for the Legs... For some reason I do not seem to have good luck with legs.

Got enough for a run of 4 tunics. Made 3 of 4... not bad My first smithing item I can sell WOOT... now to recoup the costs.... LOL

1 skill up :-) 50% success rate.
Felt so good making something truely decent.

Other day, i had 6 tae ew bloods sitting in my bank, brewed them up and decided to try 6 shields. On 6 combines (with geerlok) I succeeded on 5 of them, plus i got 2 skill ups. YAY me!

Guildie of mine stated she had fairly good success rate with them in the 230s, and I think so too. I guess they triv just over 250.
