I found Dulak's Harbor to be a nice spot to get Iksar blood -
had a lowbie raid in dalnir. wherever "The Kly" is but i dont remember if sarnak or iskar blood dropped. i know a lot of it did.

Only reliable spots I've found are the necros in the jail area of Seb(any of the iksar necros.. they're just more plentiful there) and in Dulak. Farming either area isn't really an option. It's more of a kill a few then wait for repop.Dorvum Farslayer

best drops I have seen is the 4 burdened ore cart iksars in Dulak, nice pp drops, some gems, some vedor junk, bad side is tthat the overseer is on that side too and is a bit tougher for a lower level to take out solo.
If you are not high enough level/gear to solo therre then dalnir is your best choice but it is rarer there.
