Average was 1 skill up per stack after 200 and 2 per stack before 200.
Cost was around 70k to 230 skill
229-240 cost around 80k
The sickles sold for 1.8k each so I made back all my investment and then some.
Cost from 241-250 was around 1million although I of course sold that 1million in blue diamond cultural for much more.

Thanks hehe. It took 3 weeks of bazaar camping and 20 hours of combines I believe (Saved time with the sickles by doing 5 stacks at once).
