Normal Smithing for Gains - Bloodwater usage

I am Iksar Necro who is interested in smithing. I have been smithing in ShadowHaven, but when I hit the lantern section of the guide ... I could not buy from the vendor that sold the mold. So I came back to Cabilis ... and now, I find myself in the situation of only having bloodwater for sale.

Do Iksars have "special" recipies for gains, because If I put in one bottle, one bloodwater, one lantern mold and a file ... It says I can not make this in that container.

Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dunno where, because I've done no skilling in Cabilis, but there is water available at one vendor in the entire city.
