Troll Smithing: Worked orb trivial over 210!?

Just got done doing 2 failed combines for Worked Orb at 210 Smithing (220 with geerlock) with no trivial message on either. This is listed on the site as being trivial at <=188, and I have received the trivial message on combine before (been about 2 months since I successfully tried last).

Again this is the Worked version, not the final product; ingredients are:

folded sheet of infused acrylia(2), oakmoss, shimmering orb, smithy hammer

Combined in a Grobb Forge

Any of the other 3 troll smiths out there experience this?

You do not get a trivial message on a fail (for the 1000th time).
