At 62 as a cleric, Lesser Shadows die to Sermon of Penitence, Greaters die to SoP and Epitaph of Life. Just root and cook. The only issue with the killing is that like all SoL mobs they are more resistant to root than they should be. With KEI and using Yaulp V a lot I can keep the island clear, eventually the real problem is lack of repops while you wait, slowing the drop rate. If they kept spawning you would get a metric ton of the SSs.

Gained 1 more point in 15 combines, not bad, 215..whee..

dragged some friends out last night to ts..didnt really pay attention to time spent but was around 3 hours i think. got our 47 rogue some exp, our 51 paly some aa exp and me 102 swirlies. yay me! drops sucked to start with...sometimes they drop like mad, sometimes its dry like anything else. after the first hour i had 12 shadows so basically i got 90 in about 2 hours. if you're high 40's bring friends, clerics and palys and healers..and a bard with shield of songs (thats my job hehe) shield of songs is party rune..if they cant hit ya, they cant lifetap ya very few get thru but every now and then i get zapped.

i just use "target nearest" key, and send my dog (52 shaman), with sow, he's a guided cruise missle of SS farming.

also if you have buff spells (like me), you can bribe the newbs in zone with buffage in exchange for SS (it works now and then).

going to try and see about TS drops soon, since i do consider spending time running in circles a bad thing.
