Breaking down Blocks/Large bricks of Acrylia?

I have been getting a good bit of blocks/large bricks of acrylia lately and thought i would break it down to bits which seems to sell good in the bazaar. I have got my smithing skill to 31 when small bricks to pieces goes trival but when i try and do large bricks into small brick i get not high skill to preform message. I though Block<Large brick<Small brick<pieces conversion wa all trial at 31? If it is not trival at 31 what is the fastest way to get my skill to need level ie scalers and dairy spoons? Now i dont was to Gm smithing or anything just enough skill to do my breakdowns.

get to dairy spoons and then do a banded bracer, then visor. should take you to 100 rather easy. 100 is good for everything but the tips for acrylia arrows. also there are a lot of how to guides including zeeras on the main site on how to increase smithing.
