Freeport Stout?

Trying to smith my warrior Armgueards and I cannot find a Freeport stout for the life of me. Please help!

...at Grub and Grog, north of Freeport Inn. Sold by NPC merchant.

FYI, the armor quests really aren't "smithing tradeskill related," so you'll find/get more information about them in places other than the smithing board. Good luck.
