    Warning

    The recipe for 2 small pieces of velium, 1 Coldain Temper, and 1 Enchant: Velium spell may soon be nerfed.

    I went to go see the vendor today and he has been perma-killed. A guide told me he was "selling tempers for 0pp". Dunno whether that is true or not. But regardless, I somehow imagine they are going to nerf this.
