Seen in bazaar last night, Destroyed Steele Plate, after consulting with the seller he stated it droped in Halls of Honor. Have looked I see nothing on this item in the usual places, anyone have a clue? Stackable, and icon looks like metal bits, /shrug. I just don't like mysteries heh.

No known use. Like many of the other PoP drops that seem somewhat related to trade skills. Gotta wonder if they ever will be.
